Our warranty covers all electronic, video and pinball game parts. repaired by us. It includes but not limited to repairs on boards, power supply boards, monitors and monitor chassis. It also covers all purchases parts in games we sell. You will have 90 days to check out your game with the new part or game repair. We allow extra time for shipping and may extend the warranty period if we have other parts of your game in our shop. Our guaranty assures you that the game part you receive from us will be in complete working order and professionally repaired. We will promptly complete warranty work. We will start a new warranty period if we find any problem in the game part you received from us.

HERE IS OUR WARRANTY RETURN POLICY

First check your game thoroughly. Remember, installing  a board or purchased part  that doesn’t get your game working could be the result of many causes. New problems can arise during shipping, storage and installation. Older games by their very nature may not be reliable. Your game itself may have developed a new problem or had a re occurrence of an old problem. If your game does not work after we install the game part, check for obvious problems, i.e. – improper voltages, things not plugged in, etc. Then if you are still having problems call us and we will review your situation over the phone and advise you on other possible actions, including us coming back out under warranty. Finally, after a reasonable assessment of the situation, and it appears likely that the purchased or repaired part is the cause or at least suspect in the inability of the game to function, we will make arrangements for a replacement.

CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY

  1. We must be contacted promptly (within the warranty period).
  2. The game part must be received in the same condition as it was when we installed it.
    A. It cannot be physically damaged or damaged by improper use especially voltages applied incorrectly.
    B. It must have all the same parts on and must not be the result of somebody’s unsuccessful experiment.
  3.  Arcade Game Repairs reserves the sole right to determine whether a board has been damaged due to misuse or abuse.

CONDITIONS OF A SERVICE CALL

Any and all home or business service calls fall under our “Daily rates of labor.” This includes diagnoses, estimates and consultations (Please refer to our home page for our daily rates).

**Disclaimer: There will be a $50 a week storage fee on ALL items, including games, boards, Monitors, game parts and ​anything else​ left with us for 30 days past the date we email you with your invoice and let you know the repair is complete​. Anything after 90 will be discarded.​ ​We have parts and games coming into our shop daily and do not have the space to store items left behind for more than ​90 day​s. So please pay invoices as soon as possible so we can set up a service visit or do whatever is necessary to finish putting your game back together for you.
