You may find that bringing your game to our location is a more suitable option. At the very least, you can send your boards to us for repairs. It’s more cost effective. Our in shop repair allows us to perform additional diagnostic testing, repairs and troubleshooting. It’s rather difficult to bring ALL of our top equipment with us in the field, and depending on your issue, our in shop repair option saves you money because there are no hourly rates. All monitor board repair costs are flat rate listed price plus exact return shipping via FedEx or USPS Priority mail. All Logic boards, PCB’s and Game Computers go through thorough a complete diagnostics, analysis and reconditioning to assure long future reliability.
Please do not forget to send in your I/O board and/or dongle if it uses one.
Boards that arrive cracked due to poor packaging may be rejected.
Important: Please use strong boxes that will not buckle under stacked boxes and pack with care. One or Two inches of padding surrounding your board is strongly recommended. Please do not use worn out boxes.
